What we do

Psychology of Anatomy™ is the product of our combined experience in bodywork and somatic movement. We’ve developed a process dedicated to self-learning through the body, with an emphasis on perception and expression as they relate to posture and walking.

Simple yet capable of profound and enduring outcomes, our approach makes sense to a wide audience. Psychology of Anatomy™ is aligned with modern understanding of how we sense through our body and perceive through our minds.

We offer customized lectures, trainings, and programs to institutions that invest in the well-being of their people.
